On July 3, 2019, the Literacy Coordinating Council (LCC) Board of Judges headed to Mountain View College in Bukidnon to facilitate the conduct of the on-site validation of SULADS’ literacy programs. SULADS, a three-time first place winner for the Outstanding Literacy Program, is a contender for the 2019 Hall of Fame Award of LCC. The validators were Ms. Aurea Jean A. Abad (TWG member), Ms. Susan M. Carandang (NEDA), and Mr. Addie T. Unsi (E-Net). Ms. Czarina D. Abellonar was the LCC Secretariat Coordinator during the validation.
