In line with “One DepEd, One Quality Management System,” the LCC Secretariat underwent an internal audit on ISO 9001-2015 standards last May 6, 2019 at the LCCS Office in the Department of Education. The on-going establishment of QMS among DepEd offices at all governance levels is currently being conducted to ensure overall consistency and efficiency in the delivery of quality service and continuous process improvement anchored on improved client satisfaction.
The LCCS was happy to receive the news that it incurred “Zero NC” (non-compliance), alongside with other DepEd bureaus and offices, during their respective audits.
The said activity was concluded with a Photo Op of the Secretariat with its internal auditors, Engr. Edenia O. Libranda, Chief Education Supervisor, and Ms. Evan Lynn-Dell C. Cortez, Administrative Assistant V, who are both from DepEd Region IV-A.
