The Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development, through the Human Resource Development Division (BHROD-HRDD) facilitated the first batch of the Competency Modelling: Data Gathering with Incumbents on July 23-26, 2019 at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane Hotel in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Participants to this workshop were selected representatives from bureaus/offices of DepEd Central Office and Schools Division Offices (SDOs) from different regions. Key Informant Interviews were conducted to gather information from incumbents of DepEd non-teaching positions on their duties and responsibilities. The necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and key behaviors were derived from this information.
